There are people who really care… just let them in.

I'm 16 years old. I don't have cancer, but my Aunt Donna does. She was diagnosed last summer. She's alive and getting better every day.

My mother had breast cancer. My mother got through it. But, it was awful. It was awful for all of us. But, we're all here!

My mom has breast cancer. We found out about it around Thanksgiving last year. She's very sick. But, the doctors say she'll be better soon. I hope so.

My mom has cancer. Talking to my brother about everything helps.
Dawn
My friend's mom had breast cancer. She said that it helped when she had me to talk to. It's really important that you talk about your fears.
Sue
Good luck to all of us.

Learn to trust God. Believe in your healing. Enjoy each new day and be thankful. But most of all look within deep yourself and find that your beauty remains unchanged. God bless you

My dad died of stomach cancer - but a lot of people can be treated for cancer, so never give up hope. Could someone raise money for stomach cancer, because no one has found a cure for it and it killed my loved one. I am only 11.
Debbie
It has been 5 1/2 yrs since my original dx and 2 1/2 since a local recurrence. Conquering cancer was easier than conquering my fear of the unknown. But today I am stronger both physically and spiritually. I have survived cancer and I have survived the fears that came with it. There is hope for all.
Lauren
I don't have cancer, however, I wouldn't want anyone to have cancer.
Sheila
I keep a list of positive messages and read them especially when waiting to see the Dr. One of my favorites - survivors evaluate their relationships. They change what they can (which is themselves) and make peace with the rest.
Michele
You can survive - I have for 34 years now! Do It!
Anne
I had cervical cancer 10 years ago and thanks to a very good surgeon I am still cancer free. I beg all women please have regular smear tests.

You can be anything you put your mind to.

Even the people that do not have cancer should support the families of the people with cancer because it could happen to anyone.

My mom died of breast cancer at 43 years old. She was beautiful, young and strong, loved by everybody, but this horrible disease didn't let her live. I hate cancer and I know it will soon be over. All nightmares finish one day. Good luck and good health to everybody. Love.
Molly
I know that I'm very young and haven't really experienced a family member with cancer. However, both of my friends mothers had breast cancer. They both survived and are living as heathy as possible now! Good Luck! I'm sure you'l get better!
Kristin
Cancer is tough, but the love of friends and family helped me get through mine. I was diagnosed when I was 15 and am now a survivor of 6 1/2 years.
Nicole
My aunt had cancer. She fought but she was not strong enough to beat the cancer. But the point is she fought and for that she is a true hero. I love my aunt very much and for all who fight, both patient and family. I will keep you in my prayers.
Nancy
My mom died of lung cancer. She never smoked in her life, but was diagnosed with lung cancer. It has been five years and I don't have my mom. I hope that they find a cure because it is hard to be without your mom.

When I was ten years old, I found out that I had a brain tumor the size of a grapefruit behind my right eye. It was completely removed and I have been cancer free for 14 years! I hope this message will give hope to others.
Stacy
The support from family and friends keeps me strong mentally and physically. Don't give up hope. I am scared of cancer too.

I just want to say that I think Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams are doing a great opportunity to support the Gillette Women' Cancer Connection. I think its a great idea. I also would like to help in this situation by giving my blessings to all the people who have Cancer in our country. God Bless you all.

Hi I just wanted to say that I give all my love to the people who have cancer. I watched Dawson's Creek all the time I was so touched that I heard that Katie Holmes and Michelle Williams off of the show would be supporting people who have cancer, because I know that one of the girls off the show mother had cancer (Katie Holmes),and I am only 15 years old. Just want to say I hope you guys get well, stay healthy, and still be alive if your son, or daugther, graduate from college, high school or any other school. I think that you guys are so special. I will pray for you. I HOPE YOU GET WELL!
From an angel
I hope you all to get well. I will pray for you, and GOD WILL BE WITH YOU.

Hello to all. My aunt was one who did not survive from breast cancer, but we have had a few friends along the way who have. Never give up believing you can fight it. Trust in the doctors and nurses, and most importantly, God! I wish the best for all that have cancer or are in remission.
Isabella
My best friends mom was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago and I found out the day before I moved half way across the country from my best friend. I was devasted and called him everyday to check on her progress. Now, 4 years later, she is healthy and enjoying life again.
Elaine, age 21
Be safe and check yourself regularly. I found a lump in my breast about three years ago. For a while I ignored it, thought it would go away. I guess because I was only 18 I thought it was nothing. Well unfortunately it wasn't nothing. In time I found out that I had breast cancer. My ignoring it made things worse. I urge all women to do self breast exams regularly. If you find something that feels abnormal to you, have it checked. Take the advice from someone that knows how scary it is when you ignore it! Even if you are only 14, you can still get cancer.
Nicole
I know that there is hope out there. I know that people realized that cancer is not a funny manner but a serious one. I see kids affected at a young age and sometimes I wish there was more that we can do for them.
Mary
To all you beautiful ladies: be strong, have faith, and fight for your right to live. You can beat it.
Shari
Find strength and give support by purchasing a special cancer awareness bracelet. I am a breast cancer survivor. Give twice, one by purchasing for a loved one and two by helping to find a cure.
