I was first diagnosed in 1980 with bc and 3 positive nodes. I was treated with cytoxan, methotrexate and 5fu for a year I was sick for most of that year. In 1999 cancer came back on my sternum, back and ribs .. I was put on tamoxefin and it worked for 2 years. Then in 2001, it went into my hip I had 10 rads and was put on Femara and had Aredia treatments. When the cancer went into my hip I was in a lot of pain the rads didn't help the pain but the Aredia and femara did take the pain away.
