Once you have been diagnosed with cancer and have moved through a treatment protocol, you may reach a point where the cancer is considered to be in remission or "cured." Of course, you hope it's over. And there's good reason to hope. Many women are cancer survivors and new strides are being made every year. Or, perhaps your cancer is recurring and you have to deal with the illness anew.
